Becoming a Hoppings Stockist is a sign of commitment to us and our products and in return we go that extra mile to assist and support the partnership by providing an even better level of service backed in some instances by guarantees. For Q-Deck Stockists 72 hour delivery, or sooner* As a Q-Deck Stockist ordering Q-Deck products, we guarantee to deliver within 72 hours, or sooner if possible, from the time of your order (ie order before noon on Tuesday and we will deliver by Friday). Minimum order quantities apply. *For Q-Deck Stockists in regions beyond the reach of our regular contract fleet of lorries we guarantee a weekly delivery service. (ie order before noon on Friday and we will deliver by the following Friday). Minimum order quantities apply.

For Q-Line Stockists (Key Merchants)
48 hour delivery, or sooner! As a Q-Line Key Merchant ordering Q-Line products, we guarantee to deliver within 48 hours or sooner if possible, from the time of your
order. (ie order before noon on Wednesday and we will deliver by Friday). Minimum order quantities apply.

Also as a Q-Line Key Merchant we can supply Q-Line mouldings type products for you to trial i.e. on a ‘sale or return’ basis (this applies to stock items only and excludes our finishing 2.4m bead range). This allows you to promote new products to your customers with the aim of it becoming an additional regular sales line for you. Trial products are to be agreed with your sales representative and the time scale is limited to a period of 6 weeks maximum after initial despatch.
